Total Care
For most of you these improvements outlined below will make Total-Care a very viable and marketable product. In fact, Total-Care will now not only have the best benefits and networks, but also priced at 1/3 to 1/4th the cost of comparable products.
Some of the improvements are:
· PHCS will now be the physician's network, which has over 358,000 participating physicians and ancillary facilities. Discounts are from 20 to 45%.
· Galaxy will now be the hospital network with over 2,500 participating acute-care hospitals. Discounts are 10 to 30%.
· We'll be using HearPO instead of Miracle-Ear with 30% savings on exams and up to 62% savings on hearing aids at over 1,600 locations nationwide.
· We will no longer have travel assist, and our Nurse Line will now be through Optum instead of Lifeguard.
